We bring nutrition to life through cooking offering demos, classes, and programs that are practical, culturally relevant, and built around one core belief: if it doesn’t taste amazing, it doesn’t matter how good it is for you.

Through my program, Beautifully Fed, I make it easier for people to explore what truly nourishes them teaching plant-positive cooking classes that center joy, flavor, and personal connection.
I’m also the creator of the Beautifully Fed Collective, a growing community of health and wellness professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives. At its heart is Zoom + Bloom an online co-working space where connection, accountability, and shared intention become the catalyst for deliberate progress in our health, our work, and our lives.
